Most versatile and widely used pulveriser. Work on the principle of powering/grinding materials in between fixed serrated plates and rotary swing beaters fixed on dynamically balanced rotor. A perforated sheet provided a t the bottom of the grinding chamber will control, manufactured with precision, adopting latest technology. Applications: Most suitable for powering of dry red chillies, spices, foods, herbs, plant materials, animal feed materials, de-oiled cakes, husks, etc

Capacity: Different capacity machine are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: Chillies - 25 to 250 kgs per hour.

Our ribbon blenders are compact, dust free, silent, rotary sieving machine works on the principle of centrifugal force. The material enters the sieving machine through a feed screw. Sieving drum is fixed with nylon or stainless steel screen of required specification. The fine material will pass through the sieve by centrifugal force and mechanical agitation. Coarse material will separate and collect at the other end. The Rotary sieve is designed and manufactured to give maximum output and to separate coarse and fine materials efficiently.

Applications: Mostly used for non-sticky, non-hygroscopic and free flowing materials, efficiently sieves powers of turmeric, chilly, spices, pulses, husks, saw dust, coconut shell, tamarind seed, carboxyl methyl cellulose, chemicals etc.

Capacity: different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: Coconut shell -150 to 1000 kgs per hour.

Heavy duty roller flaker works on the principle of pressing material in between cylindrical rollers/grooved rollers to make flakes of material. Rollers are made of hardened special steel and machined with high precision. They are mounted on a robust and heavy structure to withstand enormous pressure and vibration during operation. The gap and pressure between the rollers can be altered easily.

Applications: For flaking turmeric, paper, ginger maize fenugreek, herbal materials, etc.

Capacity: Flakers of various capacity are available and manufactured as per the customer requirement. Eg: Ginger – 200 to 1500 kgs/hour.
