Our feed grinder rugged and robust construction. Works on the principle of coarse crushing/breaking of materials in-between the serration plates and heavy hammers. Breaker will either have space in-between the serrations or perforated sheet at the bottom of grinding chamber which allows the material to pass after grinding. The output size of the crushed material can be controlled by altering gap between serrations or change of perforated sheet.

Applications: Suitable for coarse crushing of plant materials, wood, herbs, turmeric, seeds, de-oiled cakes, feed etc.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: Plant materials -500 to 5000 kgs per hour.

Paddle Mixer/ Ribbon Blender

Our paddle mixer, ribbon blender compact, dust free, silent, rotary sieving machine works on the principle of centrifugal force. The material enters the sieving machine through a feed screw. Sieving drum is fixed with nylon or stainless steel screen of required specification. The fine material will pass through the sieve by centrifugal force and mechanical agitation. Coarse material will separate and collect at the other end. The Rotary siever is designed and manufactured to give maximum output and to separate coarse and fine materials efficiently.

Applications: Mostly used for non-sticky, non-hygroscopic and free flowing materials, efficiently sieves powers of turmeric, chilli, spices, pulses, husks, saw dust, coconut shell, tamarind seed, carboxyl methyl cellulose, chemicals etc.

Capacity: different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: Coconut shell -150 to 1000 kgs per hour.
