Herbal Processing Machinery

Our hammer mill works on the principle of coarse crushing/breaking of materials in-between the serration plates and heavy hammers. Breaker will either have space in-between the serrations or perforated sheet at the bottom of grinding chamber which allows the material to pass after grinding. The output size of the crushed material can be controlled by altering gap between serrations or change of perforated sheet.

Applications: Suitable for coarse crushing of plant materials, wood, herbs, turmeric, seeds, de-oiled cakes, feed etc.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Eg: Plant materials -500 to 5000 kgs per hour.

A stainless steel make pulveriser works on the principle of grinding materials due to impact between swing hammers and fixed serrated liners. Different ayurvedic materials fed to the pulveriser feeding tray will enters the grinding chamber and gets powdered. The finely powdered material will be carried with the air pressure through the air classifier and blower to the cyclone separator.

Application: Suitable for many of the ayurvedic materials like barks, seeds, roots, leaves, churans, herbal formulations, sugar based ayurvedic mixtures etc.

Capacity : Different capacity machines are available. Eg. 25 Kg to 600 Kg per hour.

Sigma mixer suitable of mixing tough materials including pastes, liquids, semi solids, viscous materials, powders etc. Designed to mix materials effectively by continuous agitation and transfer of material from one chamber to another chamber. The sigma blades are made with skill to take enormous load of semi solid, paste and viscous materials.

Application: ayurvedic pastes/ halwa, ayurvedic medicines, leham, thick oils, extracts, mixture of liquid and solids etc.

Capacity: Can be made to desired capacity. Generally 25 Kg to 500 Kg.

Our stainless steel grinder works on the principle of grinding wet & dry material in between serrated liner plate and “Tee” type swing beaters. Designed and manufactured with accuracy & precision. Grinder is compact, stable, easy to operate, easy to clean add versatile machine.

Application: For wet grinding of garlic, ginger, onion, green leaves, vegetables, we coconut, plant materials fruits etc. Also used for dry grinding of spices cereals, pulses, foods, sugar, herbs, seeds, dry plant materials, confectionery products, dry fruits etc. widely used in hotels, fast food centers, spice & herbal industries, confectionery industry etc.

Capacity: Different capacity machines are available and are also manufactured as per customer requirements.

Eg: dry spices -10 to 50 kgs per hour: Wet material – 20 to 100 kgs hour.
